What To Send When You Message Sunwave Piano

Most messages we get are one line, and the reply has to be four questions before anything can happen. If you can, open with these.

  • What you are after. Buying, renting, moving, tuning or a repair.
  • The room and the floor. Which floor the piano goes to, and whether there is a service lift.
  • Who is playing. A six year old starting lessons and an adult returning after twenty years want different instruments.
  • A photograph, if it is about an existing piano. The case, the keys, and the serial number inside the lid.

Come And Play Them In Our Piano Shop

Everything we sell stands on one floor in the centre court of Tropicana City Mall. Covered parking, a lift, and somewhere for the family to sit while whoever is actually going to play works through four or five uprights properly.

The shop is one place and the crew is another. Everything you buy can be delivered anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia, but moving, tuning and repair calls run out of Petaling Jaya across these areas.

Our piano shop is at Tropicana City Mall in Petaling Jaya, so most of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor is inside an hour of a van. We do travel further for the right job, and delivery on a piano bought from us is free anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia. Staircase carries are quoted separately, because the cost comes from the steps and the turns rather than the distance.
