What The RX-2 Sounds Like

Balanced rather than spectacular. For a room in a house that is exactly right. Against the Kawai RX-3 it is 8 cm shorter and 26 kg lighter.

Among the lightest we list, in a range that runs from 272 kg to 510 kg.

Kawai voicing runs warmer than Yamaha at the same size, particularly up top. People who practise for hours tend to prefer it. Neither is better. Play both, which you can do on one floor at the shop.
