Everything below runs out of our Petaling Jaya shop, which puts almost all of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor within an hour of a van. That is why the same people who move a piano can come back and tune it.
Our piano shop is at Tropicana City Mall in Petaling Jaya, so most of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor is inside an hour of a van. We do travel further for the right job, and delivery on a piano bought from us is free anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia. Staircase carries are quoted separately, because the cost comes from the steps and the turns rather than the distance.
A piano that has just been carried up two flights and left against an outside wall will not hold pitch, and the person who tunes it a week later is the only one who finds out. When the same company did the move, that feedback goes back into how the next one is handled.
Describe what the piano is doing. Sticking keys and a dead note are usually an afternoon of action work. A soundboard crack and a flat bass are a different conversation, and we will say so.

No. Everything we do is acoustic pianos, uprights and grands. A digital instrument is an electronics job rather than a piano job and it is not something we take on.
Tuning and most repairs are done in your home. Restringing, action rebuilds and case refinishing need the instrument in the Selangor workshop, so those start with a move.

Any acoustic piano. We know the Japanese Yamaha and Kawai instruments part by part after four decades of rebuilding them, but the workshop takes European and Korean pianos too.
